how many computer viruses are there ive tried reserching but antivirus software just pops up in google and yahoo search. if you could can you please name some it would be helpful, im not real good with computers so try not to use alot of complicated words im just a beginner

there are new viruses all the time. That is why you pay to keep you antivirus software updated every year, so it defends you against the newest ones
There are way toooooo many viruses out there and it is not stopping. It is growing wilder and at a faster pace compared to the past.

It's like asking how many grains of sands are there in the desert.
no one knows. the point is, there are alot, and if you get good antivirus software and use it, you will be safe.
Last count according to most reliable sources is 115,000 Windows viruses and worms with another 1000 or so a month being created.
