I have a dial-up internet connection. When I am connected to internet, sometimes I cannot work for a while because everything freezes. Even the cursor does not move, if I type something, the text doesn't appear. But after a minute or so the monitor unfreezes and I can work as usual. Whatever I had typed before appears now. But this freezing happens frequently.
I suspect that some virus is working in the background. I also have genuine and latest Norton Antivirus software installed.
Quite rarely this happens when I am not connected to internet.
